Use PreSort Letters to save money
PreSort Letters is a cost-effective way to send fully addressed mail. You can get discounted postage rates if you’re sending more than 300 machine-addressed items, all barcoded and sorted.
As well as Priority delivery, PreSort Letters service offers the option of a lower cost Regular delivery service for non-time critical mail, taking up to an additional 2 business days for delivery.

What you can send?
With PreSort Letters, you can send ‘Small’, ‘Small Plus’ or ‘Large’ items.

Send promotional mail in bulk with Promo Post
If you send large volumes of promotional mail, Promo Post offers you a cost-effective and straightforward way to send your articles in bulk.

What you can send
To qualify for Promo Post, your articles must be promotional in nature. Your articles will also need to meet the following weight, size and thickness requirements:

Clean Mail
Get a discount when you choose Clean Mail
If you’re sending more than 300 machine-addressed letters, with no need to barcode or sort, Clean Mail gives you a reduced postage rate.
As well as Priority delivery, Clean Mail offers the option of a lower cost Regular delivery service for non-time critical mail, taking up to an additional 2 business days for delivery.

Please note:
- Each lodgement must contain items in the same size category
- All items in each lodgement must come from the same organisation
- Items can be postcards or in envelopes, but you can’t send plastic-wrapped items by Clean Mail
Acquisition Mail
Acquisition Mail helps you target potential customers, in specific areas, with addressed, but non-personalised, mail.

If you’re a charity, use Charity Mail
If you’re an income tax exempt charity, Charity Mail helps you save money on your bulk mail (300 items or more).
As well as Priority delivery, Charity Mail offers the option of a lower cost Regular timetable for non-time critical mail, taking up to an additional 2 business days for delivery.
